One commision slot per person

I will not accept comms that do not provide clear images/references of the characters. Please submit clear image documents (gallery links such as dA stash, Imgur, Toyhouse, and Google Drive links) and information about the personality and expressions you want for the character.

Refunds are not available after I start working on your order or after the commission is completed

I reserve the right to decline your order if I feel unable to fulfill it or if any aspect of the character makes me uncomfortable. Please understand that this is not personal; my goal is to maintain the quality of all my drawings. If you push me to take your order, I might have to put you on the blacklist and block you.

You can specify what you want with posing, clothing, etc. what you want the character(s) to be doing., the overall mood of the image, before paying off your commision otherwise I’ll assume I have free reign.

These commissions are for personal use only. You may not use the piece for commercial use or monetary gain. This also includes NFT/Cryptocurrency trading.

I will post the commissions on my social media

I have the exclusive right to all the sketches, poses, concepts, ideas and other technical material that weren’t chosen by you/weren’t used in the process, I reserve the right to use it any way I see fit. To use, publicate or to appropriate it is forbidden

I only use Stripe or Ko-fi to recieve payments

Payment is upfront always

All prices are in USD, if you live in Mexico, payment can be discussed on MXN (pesos)

I´ll start working on your commission after reciving the invoice payment confirmation

Prices may be altered on special cases based on complexity/difficulty. (props, extra characters, too detailed patterns)

I reserve the right to turn down any commission if I believe I cannot execute the request in my style or am not comfortable doing so.

Turnaround time (TAT): minimum 1 to 2 weeks on one piece of artwork. MAX is 3 weeks, but I will update my circumstances if anything happens on my side.

Each stage of the work needs to be confirmed by the client in order to start the next phase example here: checking with client = ">"

I mostly work in this order: payment > sketch > Base color > lineart + details > Sending the final product

ko_fi sketches process: payment > sketch done > sends finished product

You can’t change a character after confirming a sketch

I always send a screenshots on every stage of the work

You may add corrections on the stage that is on the sended screenshot. For example, you wouldn’t be able to change a pose on the rendering stage. Be careful and don't forget about it!

Edits regarding the technical side of the work [shading, color palette, etc] are taken in my favor

I can publish my artworks where I think it’s necessary. If you want to make this artwork private, that must be discussed at the beginning of the work. Then at the end of the process I’ll create a preview of the work - this will be published instead of the full version that only you’ll have. My publications are the way to gain auditory in socials, I need to be able to plan it ahead;

When the work is done, and the artwork is approved, I'll send to you a high resolution file of a picture + psd if it’s needed

Please provide your feedback within one week to ensure that the commission is delivered on time. If you miss this deadline, you may incur an extra fee of 2% of the total for each day you are late, or your commission slot might be canceled.

The maximum limit for editing a sketch is three times. I will cancel the order if you cannot provide detailed feedback and/or push me to change tiny details multiple times.

You may share the artwork online

Do not make profit of the finished commission if it is for personal use only.

Commercial comm will have an additional fee. Please discuss this with me in DM before submitting a commission order form.

You have the right to use comm art for personal purposes (private printing) and post it to the character's gallery with credit, but you are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.

You may not use the artwork for anything IA, NFT or Blockchain related.
